I think it is so important to know when or unexpected incidents to your or your loved ones. We know many kids have been abducted or try to hurt them…. There some insane people do such these things.

We are on the road that leads to heart disease, diabetes, and a life of obesity. And even worse I’m afraid our kids will soon be there too. Joining a gym isn’t an option, because we can’t get a babysitter for every day and we can’t afford it. I feel like I may be more committed then my husband, since I’ve already lost 1/3 of the weight and have truly accepted my problem. I need some real solutions that will actually work! Maybe something involving a commitment that can’t be broken or daily routines that can become habititual.

I know that it is normal for siblings to fight but is there any way to curb some of the fighting. I have a 10 yr old that gets mad when his 4 yr old brother messes with him things in his room. and my three yr old daughter, well she is the queenie and expects to be treated so. don’t get me wrong they are all good kids, I would just like to see them being better brothers and sisiters.

Sounds silly, I adore my four girls but lately have been finding myself becoming so highly agitated with them. After I put them to bed for example I feel very bad and guilty for the way I may have acted and been with them, I have tried many techniques such as deep breathing, taking a moment to myself, but these type of things do not seem to be working, I love my kids dearly and do not want to screw them up<< any suggestions?
